Libby is compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. It also offers an option to send books to Kindle.

A streaming service for Libraries that offers instant, no-waiting access to its collection of movies, music, audiobooks, eBooks, and comic books. Wolcott patrons can check out up to 5 items each month.
Activate Kids mode by clicking the KIDS button in the upper right of the main menu bar at the top of your screen.

Screen-free educational playtime activities, tips for parents, and connections to local supports and resources to help caregivers harness the science of early child development to make the most of the early years.

The Sparkler mobile app is free to all families in Connecticut for children 0-5 years old.

Footsteps 2 Brilliance

Login with your Super Secret Code or Register.

This award-winning app contains thousands of interactive eBooks, songs, and games in English or Spanish. Children ages 0-5 can practice phonics, phonemic awareness, vocabulary, comprehension, fluency, and writing using the Pre-Reader app for Android or iOS.
This is available free to all Wolcott residents through a partnership with the Wolcott Public Schools.

World Book Early Learning

Designed for preschool students with tools and content that reinforce early childhood curriculum via short videos, read-aloud stories, printable activities, and matching and tracing games, among others.

World Book Kids

Designed to build confidence and encourage creativity, World Book Kids features easy-to-read articles that can be read aloud or translated and a wealth of engaging games, science projects, and activities.

World Book Timelines

A unique and interactive site that offers hundreds of pre-generated timelines across eight broad topics, which cover various time periods in history or span the life of historical public figures. You can also create your own timelines from scratch, adding events, descriptions, and media.
