1,000 Books Before Kindergarten:
A family program for children from birth to age 5.
This program promotes early literacy skills by encouraging parents and caregivers to read to their children from an early age so that they are prepared for kindergarten with the skills to succeed.
Orientation for interested families will be held on Thursday, August 18th at 6:30 pm in the children's room. The details of the program will be explained and the materials will be available for handout. If you cannot attend the orientation, you may still participate in the program.
